After all the razzing I give you folks over the Savages quirks, guess who decided to join the crowd in the last couple of days. That's right, the "poor pathetic little baby bike" is officially a typical Savage. I went from having relatively few of the quirks to having nearly all of them in the space of 24 hours. The speedo now buzzes at upper rpms, the mixture screw no longer controls the amount of backfiring, the new as of yesterday oil is already blowing out, vapor locking, petcock troubles, the whole nine yards. Whoever put the curse on my ride, please lift it, I need this bike to get back and forth to work. Wrenching is my HOBBY, not my avocation.
